The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) was created by Enterprise Singapore, a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. To help Singapore businesses grow and transform, the EDG supports three main types of projects: Core Capabilities, Innovation and Productivity, as well as Market Access.

Possible scope of work:Streamlining of workflows, process automation, development of performance measurements, and the creation of future roadmaps for improvement

Enterprise Singapore does not have an official maximum funding cap. Funding quantum will depend on the scope of work and justified based on your company’s size in terms of turnover and manpower (not including directors, partners or owners).
Enterprise Singapore requires all consultants to possess the competence, professionalism, and ethical conduct needed to provide consultancy services. This is in accordance to TR 43:2015, a Management Consultant Standard that dictates the professional standards and practices of management consultants.
As Registered Management Consultants from the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore), we are recognized by Enterprise Singapore as qualified consultants to guide you with your project.
An EDG project may take between 12 - 18 months for completion, depending on your project’s scope of work.
A general guideline provided by Enterprise Singapore is within 8 - 12 weeks from the date of application submission. Should Enterprise Singapore require further clarification or documentation, this process may require more time.
Enterprise Singapore does not restrict the number of EDG applications per company. However, if you have already received approval for a project in a specified category e.g. Strategic Brand & Marketing Development, approvals for subsequent applications in the same category will be more stringent.
Do also note that Enterprise Singapore only allows you to apply and work on one EDG project at any given time.
